Do I need a website with you to buy this?

No. Google Business Profile optimization and review automation work on their own. If your website is holding you back we'll say so, but it isn't a requirement.

Can you guarantee I'll rank in the top 3 on Google Maps?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Local rankings shift by searcher location, device and competition, so no agency controls them. What we commit to is the work itself — the profile optimized properly, requests going out after every job, and every review answered.

Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?

No. Every customer receives the same review link. Filtering by predicted rating breaches Google's review policies and US FTC rules, and risks your profile having its reviews removed. We give every customer a private feedback route alongside the review link, so unhappy customers have somewhere to go.

How do you handle text-message consent?

Consent is captured at intake with a timestamp, every message identifies your business and includes an opt-out, and STOP requests are honored immediately. We don't message old customer lists without a consent record.

What if I want to stop?

There's no long-term contract. You keep your Google Business Profile either way — it's your asset, and we never hold access hostage.
